r-bioc-hypergraph software package provides BioConductor hypergraph data structures, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install r-bioc-hypergraph
r-bioc-hypergraph is installed in your system.
Make ensure the r-bioc-hypergraph package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep r-bioc-hypergraph *
You will get with r-bioc-hypergraph package name, version, architecture and description in a table
